1. Artistic Rituals & Professional Bookings

All sessions at the Mikka Atelier must be reserved in advance. A valid government-issued ID is required at the time of your ritual to verify you are 18 years of age or older. We uphold a strictly professional environment and reserve the right to refuse service to ensure the sanctity of the artistic process.

2. Deposits (Non-Refundable Reservation)

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your professional appointment slot. This investment covers the artist's preparation and design time, and is deductable from the final total of your session.

Rescheduling Policy: In line with our boutique operational model, we require at least 72 hours notice for rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice or failure to appear for your ritual will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. One reschedule is permitted per deposit.

3. Digital Assets (Mikka Coin - MKC)

Mikka Coins (MKC) are digital assets representing stored value for tattoo services. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for legal tender. MKC balances represent a commitment to future artistic work.

4. Unique Flash Designs & Artwork Ownership

Purchasing a digital flash design secures the specific artwork for your exclusive use. The purchase acts as an upfront commitment deposit for the execution of said design. Original artwork ownership and copyright remain with the artist unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

5. Health, Safety & Conduct

You must disclose any medical conditions or medications prior to your session. We reserve the right to postpone a ritual if safety standards cannot be met (e.g., skin health, alcohol consumption). A separate digital waiver must be executed upon arrival.

6. Touch-up Policy

We take pride in the longevity of our art. One complimentary touch-up session is provided within 3 months of the original ritual, provided that aftercare instructions were followed with diligence. Touch-ups for hands, feet, and necks are subject to an additional artisan fee due to the nature of the skin in those areas.
